I have used the services of JWB architects on several occasions over the past 8 years. They have done architectural work for me on my projects and I have given them proposals on projects for them and have been awarded some. On all occasions the information was complete and easy to understand. They have always been available to answer questions and sit down with me and/or the owner. John did a great job designing both residential and commercial buildings for me and for our commercial partnerships. He is very creative and always brings unique solutions to our design issues. John has an eye for value engineering as well which is very beneficial is helping to cut construction costs.

John designed a very custom 4 bedroom 4.5 bath 3800 sq ft “coastal style” two story lake house for us in Kissimmee, FL. John did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his work. His many suggestions and his architectural vision were instrumental in converting our rather general ideas into something that is one of a kind and really beautiful. The way he positioned the house on the lot to preserve the many oak trees and to also take advantage of the lake view is just spectacular. He was very tolerant of our changes and patient with us when we were indecisive. He paid close attention to our budget. Thanks to John showing us the possibilities we have a 1,000 sq ft rear upper deck, a 4 car garage, an elevator, and 1800 sq feet of unfinished storage space available for future build-out. Working through a project like this in the uncertain 2008 real estate market was difficult. John was a stabilizing influence that gave us the confidence to press forward with our dream. He is absolutely top notch.

I used JWB Architects deliverables to put the project out for bids from contractors. Unfortunately, the economy tanked and I ended up postponing construction, but I still have the plans and the property. If I decide to build, I will go back to JWB for a review of the plans to ensure that they are up to date, but I have every confidence in the company’s ability to do the work.

JWB Architects was hired to create a renovation plan for my house that included reconfiguration of bedrooms, office, dining room and kitchen. John worked with me on several iterations to ensure that the plan matched my needs and would be functional. The final result was a more functional space that had an updated feel and met my family’s needs.
