Designed for private clients, the Tolan residence called for a Mediterranean style for the exterior with a grand and spacious interior. The Great Room boasts an expansive area in a double volume space, sunken in relation to the Foyer sporting a grand spiral staircase, enabling a dramatic effect. The home is truly an impressive and clever design, offering for a superb family home, with maximum privacy for the Master Suite and the ultimate layout for entertaining.
