Client: Jim Costello and Jerry Miller - J and J Building and Development.

Location: North Highway 27, Minneola, Florida.

Project Description: 7 unique home designs ranging from 2000 gsf to over 3400 gsf, 121 home sites designed, project complete.

This project entailed creating a new direction of design for future homeowners in Central Florida. The homebuyers at this time were becoming bored with the type of home product available to them. Every residential development blended into each other creating sameness. Our approach was to revitalize a point of architectural history called the "Craftsman or Bungalow" period to create a very unique and quaint development where homeowners would want to come out and enjoy their neighborhood from the comforts of their own front porch. The simple but rich detail of that style of architecture added to the unique character of the community.
