Hanley Residence

Client: Michael and Pamela Hanley

Location: Masters Blvd, Bay Hill Community, Dr.Phillips, FL

Project Description: Single Family Residence, 4171 gsf under air, 6250 gsf total area under roof.

The current home will be completely gutted, with only the rear, left and right exterior walls remaining. A garage annex and a second storey were added, with the interior being completely being reconfigured. Many styles were submitted, however, with the asymmetrical massing, Mediterranean worked best. The trick was to create an upmarket home on a narrow lot, plus keeping the street side at a scale relative to the predominant existing 1-story houses. The result is a superb home that even the HOA was impressed with.
